A clear starting point.
The engagement terms below reflect our Brand & Marketing Proposal. Your confirmed written proposal defines your project; sending an enquiry does not create a service agreement.
Getting started & payment
Work begins after proposal confirmation and a 50% advance payment. The remaining balance is payable on completion or according to the agreed billing cycle.
Approval & revisions
Creatives are shared for review before publishing. Each creative includes up to two complimentary revisions; additional revisions or major changes may be charged separately.
Your part in the process
Please provide brand assets, business information, product or service details, and approvals on time. Delayed inputs or feedback may extend delivery timelines.
Ownership & portfolio use
Final approved creatives become your property upon full payment. Wildn Digital may showcase completed work in its portfolio unless otherwise agreed.
Third-party expenses
Advertising budgets, stock images, premium fonts, printing, and other third-party expenses are excluded unless specifically mentioned.
Monthly deliverables
Deliverables are valid within the subscribed billing cycle and do not carry forward unless mutually agreed in writing.
Cancellation
Advance payments are non-refundable once work has commenced. Either party may terminate with prior written notice, subject to settlement of completed work.
Proposal validity
An issued proposal is valid for 120 days from its issue date. Pricing and deliverables may be revised after that period; your written proposal confirms the applicable offer.
Services and pricing
Website descriptions introduce possible services. Final deliverables, pricing, taxes, advertising spend, timing, revisions, and payment terms are defined in a written proposal. Sending an enquiry does not create a service agreement.
Creative explorations
Work labeled as an independent concept is an exploration of creative direction. It does not imply a commissioned engagement, client endorsement, or measured commercial outcome.
Ownership and permissions
Rights to use creative work, source files, and third-party materials must be agreed in the applicable engagement. Do not assume that website materials are licensed for reuse.
Before launch
The operating entity, contact details, applicable jurisdiction, and final contractual wording must be reviewed and completed before public launch.
